Titi Oshodi
Deputy Vice Chairman, CIPM

Titi Oshodi is an accomplished administrative executive and change management leader who has made a successful transition from a career in marketing communications to becoming a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and strong leadership within communities. With over two decades of experience in senior management roles in Direct Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, Titi has specialized in project  management, working in both London and Lagos.

Titi's journey began with driving experiential projects in corporate settings and later expanded to delivering impactful public relations work in the federal government space. Her exceptional capabilities were recognized during her role as the Senior Special Administrator to the Governor of Lagos State.

Recognizing the importance of designing effective leadership and policies for growing urban economies, Titi firmly believes in the power of attitudinal change to foster responsible citizenship. As a communication strategist, she actively promotes education, advocacy, and mentorship to drive societal transformation and liberate individuals from regression and mediocrity.

Titi holds full membership with the Society for Corporate Ethics & Compliance (SCCE) in the USA and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Leveraging her expertise as a change management expert, she focuses on mobilizing youth through character education, aiming for impactful change and a culture of excellence.

Having studied Economics at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Titi has further expanded her knowledge through prestigious courses at the Harvard Kennedy School, including Policy Design & Delivery, Leadership and Ethics, Climate Change: Economics and Policies and Persuasive Communication. She remains committed to continuous learning and actively seeks out new opportunities for personal and professional development.

Titi actively participates in various board capacities and committees within the public and private sectors. She was the driving force behind BOSEKO, a storytelling PR communication initiative that received widespread acclaim from critical stakeholders in the Lagos metropolis and the Governor of Lagos State. Through this platform, she gained significant visibility in celebrating the authentic stories of Lagos.

Recognized as a passionate change maker, Titi Oshodi currently serves as the Deputy Vice Chairman of the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

Outside of her professional pursuits, Titi enjoys engaging in critical thinking, meeting new people, singing, dancing, and traveling. Her diverse interests and passion for making a positive impact on society are evident in her multifaceted career and personal endeavors.

Titi currently serves as the Special Advisor on Climate Change and Circular Economy to the Governor of Lagos State. Additionally, as a commercial hobby, she showcases her skills as a mixologist and barista through her enterprise called The Nooks Cafe, a mobile bartending event service.

Titi leads a fulfilling life as a mother of three, supported by her loving husband and a strong community of Christian friends and mentors.
